My vote: The shot heard around the world

Top Gun: I had an opportunity, so I took it, SIR!
I was warned that I should not vote for Trump.
I was told that my ONE vote did not matter.
I was told not to vote.
I told everyone that I would vote for Trump, on the date he announced his candidacy.
My friends asked me why I would vote for Trump, and I said because he was going to win. Many groans. Much laughter.
I was told that I was crazy.
Then he went to Superior Wisconsin.
No one had ever gone to Superior.
Nobody wanted their votes.
Trump actually showed up at the Richard I. Bong aircraft hangar. Then he said he wanted my vote. No one else had ever asked me for my vote.
But he went to Superior because he wanted to win Wisconsin.
It was common knowledge that Wisconsin was Hillary country, and that there was nothing you could do about it.
I believed it.
So, I voted for Hillary because I was forced to do it, right?
But Trump showed up in Superior and said “I want you to go out and register, then I need you to vote for me. If you come to my rally and don’t vote for me, you are wasting my time and effort and money.”
Trump said that my vote mattered.
Hillary was nowhere around.
So, Wisconsin had a vote the next day, and Trump did not win.
Later, during the general election, I checked and was sure that Trump lost Wisconsin again.
Are the people of Wisconsin that smart?
I do not know.
But I DO know the following:
1. Superior Wisconsin was the Linchpin for the Win
2. If you want a job, you had to vote for Trump
3. I loved being called all of those nasty names every day, name calling wins elections, right? Yesterday I was called a Brown Shirt
4. Everyone said I was uneducated
5. Everyone said I was uninformed
6. While Trump was going everywhere trying his best to see everyone, Hillary was laying back getting her beauty sleep, saying “Count me in”
7. Today, I was told that everyone around the world thinks we don’t know what we are doing in the USA
8. It looks like most of the world does not like our system of Government
9. It looks like there are many in the world who are really mad that I got my ONE vote
It looks like it really infuriates people that “Anyone can be President”. If anything, this is a really great example of what the young people in the USA can look forward to. They too can be President.
